Sibling Camp!

“Sib Side” Sibling Camp is open to siblings of currently enrolled Camp Rising Sun campers who are between 5 and 17 years old. Sib Side takes place at the same time as Camp Rising Sun. Although they are at the same facility at the same time, many activities are separate.

Sib Side is staffed by hand-picked volunteers, just like Camp Rising Sun, including the Director team, medical staff, program and cabin counselors.  Campers will participate in a variety of traditional camp activities — archery, horseback riding, rock climbing, arts & crafts — as well as some extra special fun surprises!

Like Camp Rising Sun, there is no cost for campers to attend Sib Side — thank you to our generous donors!

Registration

Registration is done through CampDoc, just like Camp Rising Sun, but with a separate login.  Sib Side registration can be done here.

Siblings must complete all paperwork prior to Camp Week, including a medical form completed by a physician within the 24 months prior to camp.

The deadline to register is August 1. Please note that enrollment may be limited, so don’t wait!

Transportation

Bus transportation to and from Camp Jewell is available  from Providence, RI, Niantic, CT, and Milford, CT.  Please contact Tina Saunders (tina@camprisingsun.com) for more information about bus transportation.
